Mortgage brokers have an important role in matching mortgage
seekers with the most relevant products for their circumstances,
and that role becomes more important as lenders tighten their
criteria and more potential borrowers are at risk of exclusion from
the property market.
This review has at its heart a YouGov SixthSense survey of 2,016
UK adults aged 18+ carried out over the period 3-16 April 2012. All
the respondents had taken out a mortgage within the two years to
April 2012.
