Today's lifestyles mean that eating is no longer just based on
three meals a day. According to exclusive research commissioned for
this report among YouGov's online panel, eight in ten consumers
snack between meals. At the same time, they are being bombarded
with messages regarding healthy eating and the need to keep their
weight within acceptable levels. This study looks at the snacking
habits of French consumers and the issues that affect their
choices.
For this report, YouGov SixthSense has investigated the
consumption of a broad range of snack foods, recognising the
variety of items which can constitute snacks and the differing
environments in which they are eaten.
For this report, a survey was commissioned amongst YouGov's
online panel in France.
